FedEx - - Responsibilities: Perform clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas; Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate inquiries; Review, research and/or enter data in various systems to support functional area; Compile data and provide regular and ad hoc reports to management; Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity
