FedEx - - Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to management and operational functions, including filing, photocopying, faxing, emailing, and answering telephones; Review, research, and/or enter data in various systems to support functional areas; Compile data and provide regular and adhoc reports to management for review; Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues; Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review
