Crane Worldwide Logistics - 1465 London Groveport Rd - Responsibilities: Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints; Records consistent problem areas; Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service; Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures
