Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant• Manage full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across multiple business units
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Assist with building and improving accounting processes and internal controls
• Support ad hoc projects tied to growth, system implementation, and operational needs
• Work cross-functionally with both U.S. and international teams
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background preferred
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or similar industry preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
