• Ensure financial reports are accurate andGAAP-compliant
• Handlecompensation accounting—including payroll, benefits, and tax-related accruals
• Prepare and reconcilegeneral ledger accounts
• Lead themonth-end closeprocess
• SupportSOX complianceand maintain strong internal controls
• Collaborate onstrategic projectsand work closely with internal teams and external auditors

• Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ yearsof progressive accounting experience
• Strong background inpayroll, benefits, and fixed asset accountingis a big plus
• Experience in themanufacturing industryis highly preferred
• Familiarity with largeERP systemslike SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
• A proactive mindset with stronganalytical, organizational, and communication skills
