About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and/or local responders.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to verify that employees, visitors, and contractors follow site access protocols and related reporting procedures.; Document observed activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in a timely manner and report information through designated site communication channels.
