About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, helping to manage access, support visitor screening processes, and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.; Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow around the location, support de-escalation during tense interactions, and provide general assistance during routine operations and/or urgent events.
