About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry, while maintaining awareness of government facility rules, restricted areas, and visitor activity.; Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with team members and/or site personnel, and following post orders during routine and emergency situations.
