About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related concerns.; Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and document daily operations, incidents, and/or maintenance issues according to site expectations.; Support a welcoming residential environment by addressing questions, providing directions, and reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity to the appropriate contacts.
