About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response support at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or public responders as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.; Support security-related operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site conditions, and communicating clearly with supervisors, employees, and/or emergency personnel.
