About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points, verifying credentials and directing visitors, patients, and vendors in accordance with site protocols.; Support hospital operations by reporting hazards, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following post orders for security-related concerns involving staff, patients, and/or guests.
