Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Rover

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity as required; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points, observe store activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or unusual conditions to site leadership according to post orders; Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and/or communicating professionally with staff, visitors, and customers
