About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by greeting visitors, monitoring access at the front desk, and following site-specific procedures for a cultural institution location; Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed; Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and front lobby conditions to help support security-related awareness and report unusual or suspicious activity; Assist with visitor check-in, badge and/or credential review, directions, and general front desk support while maintaining professional communication with staff, guests, and vendors; Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to front desk activity, access control, and security-related events

Qualifications
- 1+ year security or customer service experience
- ability to handle incidents calmly
