About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following assigned post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.; Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and suspicious behavior through visible presence and routine observation of the location.; Monitor access points, assist visitors and staff with security-related questions and/or concerns, and document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions.
