About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public cultural location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, grounds, walkways, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance-related concerns.; Monitor visitor activity, assist with access control practices, and help to deter unauthorized entry, disorderly conduct, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.; Support crowd management during events, performances, and/or peak visitor periods by directing guests, providing information, and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with post instructions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or as required)
- Experience in security or related field preferred
