About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with visitor direction, traffic flow, and reporting of security-related issues within the healthcare location; Support hospital and clinic operations by observing for hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, then communicating with site contacts and public responders as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of security or related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
