About the Role

Jack In The Box - - Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence in guest service and food quality.; Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.; Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service; respond to guest concerns with timely resolutions.; Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvements to drive sales and Profit & Loss.; Provide coaching and development to team members and manage scheduling and staffing.
