A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst. Key Responsibilities Monitor and resolve issues across the tech stack, including hardware, software, application, and network Collaborate with engineering teams to address repetitive issues and improve operational efficiency Participate in on-call rotation and manage significant events related to business continuity and infrastructure changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline 3-5 years of practical experience in production systems support or application development Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems Experience with automation using scripting languages such as Python Knowledge of ITIL principles
