About the Role

Penn Medicine - - Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient interviews and verifies information; Verifies eligibility and benefits and obtains authorizations/pre-certifications; Identifies and collects co-pays from patients at registration and posts payments with cash reconciliation; Assists with scheduling and verifies appointment availability using the scheduling system; Exemplifies customer service by interacting with patients, staff, clinicians and visitors in a timely and pleasant manner
