About the Role
Cooper University Health Care - - Responsibilities: Greet patients using AIDET and provide an individualized patient service experience; Perform patient registration including updating demographics and insurance information and obtaining signatures; Conduct patient outreach for messages via front desk pool, MyChart messaging, and confirmation calls; Utilize kiosks and tablets to assist patients upon arrival; Collect co-pays and outstanding balances and reconcile cash drawer daily
