Cooper University Health Care - - Responsibilities: Greets patients and guests utilizing AIDET and provides excellent patient service; Performs registration functions including full registration and updating demographics, insurance, and obtaining signatures; Performs patient outreach for messages and confirmations; Uses kiosks, tablets and technology to assist patients on arrival; Makes and manages appointments and handles non-clinical administrative duties including documentation and referrals
