About the Role
A company is looking for a Paralegal II to support its Legal Department. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain contract templates as part of the Contract Risk Management program Perform preliminary contract reviews of commercial agreements and update contract data in management software Review and interpret legal documents and provide guidance to business units on required actions Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience High skill level with Microsoft Office products and comfort with custom software Experience performing legal research and analyzing regulations Experience in the mortgage industry preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
