About the Role
Mortgage Paralegal - FL Licensed, a full-time position that supports Legal and Compliance teams by managing litigation and regulatory matters in a financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate intake and responses to subpoenas and legal requests Conduct legal and factual research to support filings and internal reports Manage legal e-billing and maintain case management systems Required Qualifications and Education A minimum of 10 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in financial services Paralegal Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, and/or Paralegal Certification preferred Experience supporting in-house legal teams or law firms Familiarity with corporate governance and risk management preferred Previous experience as a contract administrator preferred
