About the Role
A company is looking for an IT Technician I to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, including network connectivity and hardware diagnostics Document issues and follow established guidelines to troubleshoot IT problems Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role Proven experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management Understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly incident and problem management
