About the Role
Job Summary Friendly, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Provide technical support on all computer hardware and software via email, telephone, and on-site support at all banking locations. Responsibilities Deliver email and telephone support for computer hardware and software issues. Perform regular on-site support to users at all banking locations. Install and maintain equipment. Monitor and update IT logs, schedules, and reports. Engage with vendors. Primary Location / Schedule 3050 S Delaware, Springfield, MO 65804 with remote work allowed when schedule permits. Part-time; 25‑28 hours per week on average. Schedule 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday; Saturdays 9 am – 12:00 pm. Position Requirements Ability to sustain confidential conversations and documents in a remote work environment. High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years of college or technical training. One or more years of prior computer experience. Knowledge of setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of personal computers, Windows operating systems, common desktop applications, and wide area networks.
