About the Role
Orica is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Chemicals operations within the Human Resources & Talent Management function. This strategic role partners with leaders to design and deliver people initiatives that drive safety, performance, and engagement. You will lead talent and succession planning, coach leaders on employee relations and organizational design, and use HR data to inform decisions. In our innovative, sustainability-focused culture, you’ll collaborate across global teams, support change initiatives, and help build proactive, solutions-oriented people practices aligned to Orica’s growth and safety priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HRBP certification or equivalent experience
