Human Resources Manager – Agriculture/Operations Salary: $115,000–$135,000

• Partner with operations leaders on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning
• Oversee compliance with state and federal labor laws, including agriculture-specific regulations
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Administer benefits, policies, and HR programs across the organization
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leadership Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager: • 3-5+ years of human resources experience
• Experience supporting hourly, field, or operations-based workforces
• Ability to work and collaborate closely with leadership teams
• Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance matters
