- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
- Provide guidance on workplace issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Maintain confidential and compliant employee records
- Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return‑to‑work programs
- Administer leave programs such as FMLA and ADA
- Partner with legal counsel on HR‑related matters as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting multiple companies or associations
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving skills

Qualifications
