About the Role

McDonald's - 731 South Key Street - Responsibilities: Ensure restaurants meet McDonald's QSC operational standards, food safety standards, and labor laws; Demonstrate Customer-First Service by observing operations, troubleshooting shift management, and taking corrective actions; Teach and coach restaurant managers and leadership teams to execute the 12 restaurant systems (QSC Play book); Execute action plans from ROIP system reviews to improve targeted systems; Ensure proper Local Store Marketing, promotions, and new product/process executions

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant operations and shift management
  • Coach and develop managerial staff
  • Implement standard operating procedures and local marketing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and labor laws
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills
