IHG Hotels & Resorts - Cairo Drive - Responsibilities: Lead the front office team in delivering warm, professional service with genuine guest recognition at every interaction.; Personally welcome guests, engage with them throughout their stay, handle feedback and complaints with care, and build strong guest relationships to continuously enhance satisfaction.; Conduct regular inspections of the front office and public areas, taking immediate action to maintain brand and quality standards.; Manage daily staffing needs by planning schedules, assigning tasks, and setting clear performance and development goals while coaching and mentoring your team to succeed.; Drive revenue growth by maximizing walk-ins, upselling opportunities, occupancy, and ADR at the front desk.
