The Kroger Company - 220 East Sunset Drive - Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support of all Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures.; Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.; Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.; Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.; Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.
