About the Role

The Kroger Company - 826 Highway 12 W - Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support of all Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures.; Improve Shopping Experience Progress Report, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, Cash Over/Short, CCG, ELMS utilization, Customer Comment Cards, FES Evaluations, Bob Audits, and Key Retailing Measurements.; Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.; Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.; Support store management and customer service manager in maintaining a well-organized, clean, pleasant shopping environment at the check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, Customer Service Center, Accounting Room and parking lot area.
