About the Role
Rural King - - Responsibilities: Provide oversight and leadership to front end operations and lead front end associates; Ensure comprehensive training for new front end associates and oversee their development; Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway transactions including monthly layaway audits; Oversee Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) process and weekly BOPIS audits; Execute accurate cash management, returns, layaways, exchanges, and price dispute resolutions
