Financial Systems Manager

Our client is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to support and improve core accounting systems during an ongoing systems transformation. This Manager, Financial Systems role works closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams and focuses on system support, process improvement, and reporting enhancement and will be onsite.

• Support and maintain financial systems, serving as the main system contact for Accounting
• Troubleshoot system issues and help resolve data or integration problems
• The Financial Systems Manager will partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT on upgrades, testing, and new system features
• Help design and deliver financial and operational reports
• Create documentation, process guides, and basic training materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial or accounting systems
• Understanding of accounting processes, close cycles, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and system integrations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
