Program Manager – Dynamics 365 (Dallas or Houston) We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Dallas or Houston branch who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT infrastructure for multiple clients. You enjoy building relationships with your colleagues, stakeholders and project teams and you have an analytical mind, technical experience, creative problem‑solving ability and a strong curiosity about technology solutions that help businesses across various industries. Responsibilities Lead and manage Dynamics 365 projects: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of implementation and upgrade projects. Manage cross‑functional teams: Coordinate with business analysts, developers, consultants, and end‑users to ensure the solution meets business requirements. Manage project risks: Identify and mitigate risks, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress. Ensure the Project Delivery Framework processes and practices are followed. Provide oversight on project plans and schedules; develop solutions to program challenges by assisting project managers in successful completion of projects on time and on budget. Manage multiple project resources across North America; prioritize tasks while meeting deliverables. Maintain comprehensive project documentation: plans, resource allocation charts, progress reports, and post‑project evaluations. Leverage expertise to support clients in project planning and management as required. Support a team of technology experts and clients to deliver agreed‑upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget. Manage multiple client‑facing projects simultaneously across varying technologies, covering cost, schedule, risk, quality, and people constraints. Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, working closely with management, technical teams, and stakeholders. Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure results in a data‑driven manner. Qualifications 10+ years in a Program Manager role focused on large‑scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations. Strong background in project management methodologies and deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks. Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and leaders. Strong team‑oriented mindset with proven ability to lead on complex IT projects. What Makes You Extra Awesome Previous consulting experience. Microsoft certifications. PMP certification.
