Key Responsibilities Manage the deployment of IoT technology to large-scale customers, ensuring quick time to value Create launch plans and track implementation progress, participation, and account health Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to various stakeholders, ensuring successful customer engagement Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role Experience supporting or working with technical products Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution Solutions-oriented with strong project management skills
