K-12 Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation process for school districts and ensure successful platform adoption. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts, including onboarding, data ingestion, and training Lead kickoff calls and project alignment sessions with district stakeholders to establish timelines and success criteria Maintain an implementation tracker for each district and lead recurring check-in calls to keep projects on track Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role, preferably in K-12 EdTech Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different clients Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to build consistent processes
