Strategic Implementation Specialist

The Strategic Implementation Specialist supports the execution of enterprise initiatives led by the Strategic Implementation Advisor. This role provides operational, analytical, and coordination support to advance SAA strategic priorities and strengthen organizational performance. This position focuses on disciplined execution, stakeholder coordination, documentation, compliance tracking, and follow-through across divisions to ensure initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively.

Typical duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Supports enterprise adoption of Asana as the SAA's centralized work management platform.
• Assists divisions with project and portfolio setup, task structuring, milestone tracking, and reporting alignment.
• Reviews projects for clarity of ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and status transparency.
• Maintains portfolio tracking dashboards and standardized project templates.
• Documents best practices and supports training sessions on collaborative work expectations.
• Tracks compliance with established project management standards and flags gaps.
• Provides corrective guidance to divisions to strengthen alignment with SAA brand standards.
• Assists in applying SAA brand standards to internal and external materials.
• Reviews draft materials for formatting, messaging consistency, and visual compliance.
• Maintains brand templates and reference guides.
• Updates implementation trackers and milestone dashboards.
• Compiles data for progress reporting.
• Supports implementation of change management activities, including documentation, stakeholder communication, and tracking adoption of new processes or tools.
• Assists in developing communication materials and training resources to support implementation of enterprise initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
