About the Role

Amtrak - - Responsibilities: Provide passengers with superior customer service from behind the ticket counter or on the station floor or platform; Assist passengers with special needs and with luggage and boarding trains; Maintain ticket printers and Quik-Trak machines; Disseminate verbal and printed information to passengers (schedules, fares, routing, etc.); Ensure all passenger train boarding is timely and verify passengers are properly ticketed and have proper travel documents
