About the Role
Saks Global - - Responsibilities: Ensure cashiering team is in the right place at the right time and operate with a sense of urgency in managing the customer line; Direct customers to appropriate register and call for backup as needed; Train and coach associates on selling behaviors to ensure high performance and adhere to rapid floor turnover processes; Drive loyalty enrollments and Connected Service behaviors to enhance the customer experience; Act as the Connected Service Coach during peak periods to reinforce service standards
