About the Role
Blackstone Consulting, Inc. - Fort Gordon - Responsibilities: Direct the meal preparation and serving activities of Cook Helpers, Cook IIIs and Cook IIs.; Oversee cleanup of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and floors.; Supervise workers in the proper and timely preparation of food to include assembling, weighting, combining/mixing, cooking, and serving.; Ensure serving lines are set up for a-la-carte and short order foods using portion control.; Conduct safety briefings prior to the start of each shift.
