Location: Bellevue, WA
Estimated Salary Range: $145,000 – $180,000 DOE

They are looking for a Controller who can take ownership of the accounting function and serve as a trusted partner to leadership and operations. Controller | The Role
The Controller will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This position works closely with project teams and senior leadership to support decision‑making, maintain strong controls, and keep the organization financially sound.
Controller Key Responsibilities
As a Controller, you will be responsible for the core accounting and reporting activities of the business.
- Oversee general ledger, job cost accounting, billing, AP/AR, and month‑end close
- Ensure accurate WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and project cost tracking
- Prepare and review monthly and year‑end financial statements
- Partner with project and operations teams on cash flow, forecasting, and margins
- Maintain internal controls and support audits, tax filings, and compliance needs
Controller Qualifications
The right Controller brings strong construction accounting experience and a practical leadership style.
- 8+ years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Solid background in construction accounting (job cost, WIP, percentage‑of‑completion)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred, not required)
