Aia Billing Specialist

Salary: $70,000 annually | Full-Time | Onsite |

• Prepare and submit AIA billing for construction contract projects
• Handle lien waivers, prevailing wage compliance, and certified payroll reporting
• Manage collections for large construction projects
• Review and submit certified payroll documentation, including union projects
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate contract billing and compliance

• 2+ years of AIA billing experience in a construction environment
• Familiarity with lien waivers, certified payroll, and prevailing wage requirements
• Construction industry background required
