The Controller will lead the accounting function, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and serve as a trusted financial partner to ownership. This role blends hands‑on accounting leadership with strategic input, offering the opportunity to strengthen controls, modernize processes, and support long‑term business planning.

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger and month‑end close
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures
• Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
• Lead accounting system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Hands‑on, process‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working closely with ownership and senior leadership
• Someone who values stability while enjoying modernization and improvement
