About the Role
Oak View Group - 9055 Airport Road - Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and execute menus for weekly parties and concessions in accordance with customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and budget constraints.; Coordinate with event organizers to understand their needs and ensure that menu offerings meet their expectations.; Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.; Order and shop out ingredients and supplies necessary for each event, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand.; Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
