What you'll do at Sol:

• Understand client business needs and drive identification and documentation of business and user requirements across multiple business units

• Conduct elaboration sessions and/or stakeholder interviews to identify and document user stories, including high-level processes, estimates, and priorities

• Design and document workflows to understand current state processes and potential gaps

• Lead the solution design process and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into suitable solutions

• Configure new applications, unit test custom features, and demonstrate new features to end users

• Document new features and functionality, create training materials, and deliver training to end users

• Build and develop strong, trusting long-term business relationships with clients with strong interpersonal skills and abilities

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, systems integration, or management consulting, with a track record of translating complex business problems into structured functional requirements.
• Demonstrated AI proficiency, specifically in utilizing generative AI and automation tools to streamline the requirements lifecycle-from drafting complex user stories and technical documentation to mapping intricate business workflows and accelerating the solution design process.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or another related field (Technical BA)
• Experience in documenting and working within large-scale and highly interconnected processes and teams spanning domestic and international operations
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365, including PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced analytical and communication skills via Office/Teams/365. Ability to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
• Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
