About the Role
Our Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team is driving the next phase of modernization across the US Credit Markets platform. We partner closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across the credit trading lifecycle.
Were looking for a hands-on Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of Credit Markets, data, and technology. In this role, youll play a key part in integrating new tools, improving data quality, automating workflows, and supporting a modern, agile credit markets ecosystem.
What Youll Be DoingPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
Analyze and interpret complex data flows from multiple structured and unstructured sources to improve data quality and consistency
Support the modernization of Credit Markets platforms through system integration, automation, and process improvement
Develop functional specifications, use cases, and documentation to guide development teams
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to address recurring management and stakeholder reporting needs
Support deal checklist automation and data reconciliation across the Credit Markets ecosystem
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within Credit Markets, Securities Financing, and Equities workflows
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and business users throughout the full SDLC
Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide post-delivery support, user guidance, and knowledge transfer as needed
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
59 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Credit Markets or Financial Services
Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and Credit Market operations
Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
Exposure to workflow automation, system integration, or platform modernization initiatives
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced Global Markets environments
Work on high-impact Credit Markets modernization initiatives
Collaborate with experienced professionals across Global Markets and Technology
Influence platform evolution and data strategy in a critical business area
Be part of a team that values clarity, collaboration, and delivery excellence
