About the Role
Moe's Southwest Grill - - Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability.; Oversee development and performance of shift leaders and team members.; Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of Quality, Service & Cleanliness.; Interview prospective employees and ensure the 4 steps of staffing are followed; develop team members with ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.; Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain health and safety inspection scores.
