Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Salary: $53,000 - 57,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager:
- Provide financial solutions and advice to customers in-person and through email, phone, and instant messaging.
- Maintain weekly cash flow and ensure operational soundness of the branch.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and training.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk by adhering to regulations and bank procedures.
- Drive deposit growth through proactive activities and increase wallet share of consumer and business households.
- Lead effective problem resolution and foster a positive work environment.
Preferred Skills of the Assistant Branch Manager:
- 2+ years of experience in banking or a related field.
- Detailed knowledge of banking regulations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to create processes and build sustainable structures to drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Experience in sales management and customer experience.
Bonus Skills of the Assistant Branch Manager:
- Familiarity with Jack Henry banking products.
