Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Salary: $53,000 - 57,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager:

  • Provide financial solutions and advice to customers in-person and through email, phone, and instant messaging.
  • Maintain weekly cash flow and ensure operational soundness of the branch.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and training.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk by adhering to regulations and bank procedures.
  • Drive deposit growth through proactive activities and increase wallet share of consumer and business households.
  • Lead effective problem resolution and foster a positive work environment.

Preferred Skills of the Assistant Branch Manager:

  • 2+ years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Detailed knowledge of banking regulations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to create processes and build sustainable structures to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Experience in sales management and customer experience.
